VARRIALE, Michael E., 59, of Gibsonton, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, April 17, 2011. Michael was a Firefighter for 12 years for the Schenectady Fire Department. He was a native of St. Albans, VT and resided in the Gibsonton area for the past 10 years, coming from Schenectady, NY. Survivors include his loving wife, Marilyn; mother, Shirlie T. Varriale; sisters, Rita J. (Bernard) Hogan, and Linda J. (Charles) Grenzebach. A memorial service will be conducted at 6:00 p.m. Friday, April 22, 2011 at Southern Funeral Care, Riverview, with the family receiving friends one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Michael's name to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society at nationalmssociety.org/donate/index.aspx.
